Since the money has (for the most part) been raised already, a donation box is perfect for people who decide they want to contribute while at the events. I had thought about using kickstarter (www.kickstarter.com) but the liklehood of raising enough money in such short time seems impractical-- being as it took all of 5 years for their newest project to break-ground.
